Group Workouts and Training Information
Sunday Morning Run:
Starts up again in November 2007 and runs through February. Every Sunday we meet at 8:30. In the fall we meet at the entrance to Duxbury Town Forest on Mayflower Street in Duxbury, and once the snow flies we meet at Uncommon Grounds (usually) to do a group run of between 3 and ???? miles. Email bak5557@aol.com or just show up. All paces welcome.
On Saturday, January 5, 2008 9:00 AM many of us will be doing the 10th
Annual Fat Ass 50K Race
Bradley Palmer State Park,
Topsfield, Mass. There will be no Sunday run that week.
Sunday, February 23rd, many of our runners will be on the Cape for the Hyannis Marathon, where Scott Schorer will be racing to qualify for Boston.
As Sundays start filling with races, email to find it where and if there is a group run. We are also known to change starting location just for variety, so if you are not a regular, email to find out where we are meeting. All welcome!
Classes start soon for Wednesday nights at The Hanover Y and Thursday Nights at the Kingsbury Club. Start with 1.5 hour class and work up to 3 hours over an 7 week period.
