- Cait and Tim Snow both win the
Timberman Sprint
Triathlon.

Cait Snow is 2nd
female at Ironman Lake
Placid. Tim Snow is 10th overall. Tim had the fastest
marathon of the day (2:52) and Cait had the 4th fastest
(2:57) of men and women, and broke her own record to set a
new record for the women's marathon! She didn't repeat her
win, but she was 10 minutes faster than last year.
Mike Lamie did
his first Ironman and won his age group going SUB 10!!!
Rob Delmonico
took an hour off his Ironman time. Check

Barry Ahern
takes second age group, 13th overall at
Falmouth
Triathlon. This comes one week after finishing 5th
overall at the
Mattapoisett Triathlon.

Kathleen
Richards and
Dave DeSantis
fit one more each in their trophy cases. Kathleen is 3rd age
group at
RI 70.3,and
Dave is 3rd age group at Sugarbush XTerra. Peter Ramsay
breaks 5 hours and Jimmy Bunnell crushes the Aquabike in the
RI 70.3.
- Meanwhile, Mike Lamie and Dwight Darian finish 2nd male
team in Middleboro;
Beth Kenney and Neil Withington are 2nd female team; and Tim
Walsh, Tucker Withington and Jill Cadigan are 3rd mixed
team.

Tina Buchan
takes 8 minutes off last year's time in the Squamish
Triathlon.
- Cait Snow wins the Killington Olympic Distance Triathlon
on July 4th, despite losing her cassette at the start of the
bike!
- Kathleen Richards wins her age group at the
Cohasset Triathlon.
- Dave DeSantis is on the podium again - this time in
Vermont - as he wins his age group at XTerra.
- Beth Kenney, Mike Lamie, Neil and Tucker Withington,
Chuck Buckley, Tim Walsh, Jimmy Bunnell and Morgan Scheiber
complete the 9th
Annual Harpoon Brewery B2B ride.
- Dave DeSantis wins age group at
XTerra SC Cup in Arkansas and qualifies for XTerra
Worlds!
- Tim Walsh, Kathleen Richards, Neil Withington, Chuck
Buckley,Tim Snow and Bob Fitzpatrick all race at
Mooseman. Kathleen
places 3rd in her age group.
- Cait Snow is 3rd at St. Croix 70.3. Mike Lamie is 7th
age group.
- Cait Snow is 4th at the New Orleans 70.3
- Kathleen Richards, Cliff Hesson, Chuck Buckley and Keryn
Murphy all have PRs at Boston Marathon
- Mike Lamie wins age group (and masters division) at
Lonestar Triathlon. Tina Buchan takes 8 minutes off swim
time and has a great race.
- Twelve Team Pegasus athletes compete at the
Harpoon Brewery Indoor Time Trial
and 3 of our women end up in the top five!
- Kathleen Richards qualifies for Boston Marathon at New
York City marathon.
- Tod Dillon takes TWO HOURS off his previous Hawaii
Ironman time and finishes in 10:07
- Cait Snow finishes 12th among pro women in Hawaii and
has 3rd fastest run for women.
- Tim Snow runs 20th Ironman in Hawaii.
- Cait and Tim Snow win Pumpkinman Triathlon
- Raymond Botelho wins the inaugural Plymouth Iron

Mayflower International Triathlon.

Half Iron. Kathleen Richards wins her age group there. Dan

Williams all do very well in the heat.
- Josh Black has a great race at the new Lancaster
FirmMan Half Iron.
- Ava Buchan and Team Acceleration Domination placed
second in their division in the Beach to Bay marathon relay
in Texas.
- Caitlin Shea-Kenney wins the women's division at
Devilman Half Iron. Tim Snow comes in 4th despite having a
flat tire!
- Team Pegasus at Boston Marathon: Tod Dillon 2:55, Scott
Schorer 3:17, Josh Black 2:18, Chuck Buckley 4:11. Awesome!
- Tina Buchan is 3rd in age group at Corpus Christi
Triathlon
- James Jacoby and Robert Botard rode 150 miles and ran 40
immediately after to raise money for MS (see report at

- Cliff Hesson has PR in Arizona Ironman!
- Caitlin Shea-Kenney is 12th pro female at California
70.3 with 4th fastest run split.
- Tim Snow and Caitlin Shea-Kenney each place second at
the Boston Runner Super Sunday 10K.
- Tim Snow goes SUB-NINE (8:49.50) at Ironman Florida and
posts the 7th fastest marathon split in the history of
IMFLA!
- Caitlin Shea-Kenney goes 9:46 at
IMFLA.
- Tina Buchan runs 5:32 in her first Ultra! The
Rocky
Raccoon Trail Race.
- Kathleen Richards and Jim Bunnell win age group at
Wrentham Duathlon
- Tim Walsh and Jill Cadigan-Christenson tear it up at the
Cape Cod Marathon!
- Rob Simms has a slew of great results:
He won his division at
Survival of Shawangunks and
Montauk Half, and in his age group was 3rd at
American Zofingen (oldest finisher, but not the last,
according to Rob!)
- Jill Cadigan-Christenson, Ed Powers, Maura O'Connor and
Tim Walsh all compete in the
BAA half marathon.
- Caitlin Shea-Kenney wins Nutmeg State Half Ironman.
- Chuck Buckley, Jill Cadigan-Christenson, Tim Walsh, Jim
Bunnell, Scott Schorer, Seth Chandler, Josh Black, Kathleen
Richards, Kathleen Gallagher, Molly Tyson, Cliff Hesson, Tod
Dillon, Marty Desmery, Bob Fitzpatrick, Neil Withington,
Lauren Baker-Hart and Tim Snow all compete in the
Duxbury Beach Triathlon.
- Tim Snow wins
FirmMan half-iron.
- Tod Dillon and
Rob Delmonico
both have PR's at Ironman Wisconsin. Tod qualifies for
Hawaii again.
- Jim Bunnell is
5th American in his division at Triathlon Worlds in Hamburg,
Germany!
- Ed Powers drops his IM PR by 25 mins in Ironman
Louisville. Molly Tyson, Carol Shores and Kathleen Richards
go 2, 3 and 4 in their age group at their first Ironman - IM
Louisville!
- Caitlin Shea-Kenney and
Seth Chandler complete
first Ironman - IM USA in Lake Placid
- Beth back from
RAAM. Team comes in second on first try at this
ultra-race!
- Tina Buchan
finishes Comfortably Numb again and take 10 minutes off last
year's time!
- Tim Snow finishes 11th overall at Ironman CDA! Another
