Went to the spin class with Beth last night. What a workout!! So glad I am doing it. Beth is so nice and knowledgable! I'm certainly going to learn alot from her. It will definitely get me ready for Patriot. (I have officially signed up so there's no turning back now!) Thanks again!! –Loretta K., Triathlete

On behalf of the entire Run for the Memory program, thank you so much for speaking at tonight’s team meeting. I heard a lot of great feed back post-meeting (never mind being personally inspired myself to get back into the tri-rink!) I hope you will stay in touch and come back again next year. –Michelle J. Gonzalez

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. I completed the Nantucket Triathalon this past Saturday and I couldn't have done with without all your expertise! I have learned so much from you. I am so happy with my first experience. See you soon and THANK YOU AGAIN! –Jessica Conn, Triathlete

I took your [cooling] advice during the run at Buffalo Springs. It was hot and windy and without the cooling effect I would have been toast. Thanks for all your sage advice about racing in the heat! –Dan R, Triathlete

"You are the BEST Coach in the world! I love this stuff!" –David DeSantis, XTerra Triathlete,
2 time XTerra Worlds Qualifier

You were so specific about my fueling plan for the race, and I always thought, can it really make that much difference? I wish I had listened to you from the beginning. Whatever you are doing, it's working. –Dave S., Triathlete

You are bringing me to a point I never thought I would get. Thanks, it continues to surprise me that I can manage running 25-30 miles per week!" –Peter Racicot, Triathlete

I just wanted to thank you again for conducting the classes. I feel much more prepared for some rides this summer based on participating in the sessions. If I can make it through without injury I might want to talk to you in the fall about 2011 – ultimate dream for me is an ironman and I would likely be looking for some coaching to help make that happen. –Ed McGovern, Triathlete and Cyclist

You may or may not know how much your classes have affected my life. When I dared to try one of your classes several years ago, I thought I’d never be able to do this indoor cycling; my legs would never tolerate it, not to mention my breathing limitation at the time. But the music motivated me, and your calm demeanor, letting the music play out, your natural expectation that we could follow, accepting all of our levels of participation as natural and worthy, gave me courage to come back again and find out if there was any muscle left to build, because it felt very good to come into classes, have the lights turned down, some conversation, but not too much, again, letting the music move us along with your gentle guidance. I feel like a much healthier and happier person as I move along in life and I thank you for that. I love your kindness and your humor and your disciplined leadership. Thank you so much for this, and for sharing your music. –Linda P. Cyclist

Just wanted to tell you what a great job you did with progressive spin. Was a great session and will sign up again... –Doug R., Cyclist

Thanks for your continued support with my triathlon goals and objectives. I'm very appreciative of all the help you provide week-by-week and year-over-year. Your coaching and friendship have been instrumental to the positive changes in my lifestyle and for that I will always owe you my thanks. I was very fortunate to have had met you and been coached by you early on. I learned so much and will continue to use the core of your advice for years to come. –Dan Rose, Triathlete

I wanted to drop you an email and let you know how much the progressive spin has helped me in my road biking endeavor. I am absolutely hooked on biking and your class had a lot to do with it. I have done a Plymouth to Provincetown ride, which I loved and also a few other long rides out in Harvard, MA. I try to ride at least 4X per week and joined the CRW. –Carolyn Aeschliman, cyclist

I feel like I’ve learned a lot the past year and feel very prepared for LP. –Charles Williams, Triathlete

This past month was the best year of training I HAVE EVER HAD. I never would have I would comfortably run 5 and a half miles at 6:18 after a 35mile ride. Your coaching is amazing. –Matthew K., Triathlete

Thank you for all of your help and coaching. You are great at what you do and I have learned so much in a short time from you. –Katie Friedel, Swimmer

So... thanks for all the help with running. I am feeling like I am back to where I was on the run about 8 years ago. –Trish Cundiff, Triathlete

You really are an amazing coach. If six months ago someone had asked me if I would be able to post the times I post now, I would have laughed out loud. You're helping me become an elite athlete, one brilliant day at a time. –Dr. Charlie Moore, Triathlete

Beth, just wanted to send along a very big "THANK YOU" for a great class. I am so glad I took it! You're a great teacher and your hubby is a riot. Was nice to laugh during those moments of agony! Please let me know when you will have another class. Will definitely break down and try one of the time trials this summer. (Was always very intimidated by you crazy bikers!) I learned so much and had a great time. I will actually miss the class! (OK maybe not the guy in front of me who sweated a lake ever time. :) Thanks again! Thank you for having so much faith in me and for making an Ironman goal a reality. –Morgan S., Triathlete
